This lovely detached guest cottage features a queen-sized bed, full kitchen, and full bathroom. It is part of a larger tree covered two acre property with 254 feet of frontage on Mill Pond. Although called a "pond", Mill Pond has a 6 foot tide twice a day from the ocean. Guests are welcome to use the re pit and patio by Mill Pond. The apartment sleeps 2 adults, but with the comfortable futon, 1 additional adult or child can be added. We also have a pack and play that guests with a small child can use free of charge. One covered parking space is also included. The apartment has wireless internet and a TV with DVD and Apple TV/Netflix.
